4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices for our services will be outlined in our proposals or contracts.
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
- We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed in the invoice.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
Blue Serenity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Serenity, its employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
